Attorney Rebecca I. Pathak is honored to offer decades of zealous advocacy experience representing foreign nationals toward the achievement of legal status in the United States. During the initial consultation with our law office, we collect the information required to determine the optimal strategy toward working to achieve a successful result. Once retained, Pathak & Feldman devise a specific roadmap geared to realize the desired outcome. Throughout our representation, Pathak & Feldman remain available to answer questions about the documentation requirements and to provide assistance to our clients each step of the way.  Pathak & Feldman take the responsibility to our clients seriously, striving to provide superior legal services in each step along the path to achieving U.S. Immigration.

Drawn to the practice of immigration law by a desire to assist people in achieving the life of freedom and possibility promised by the United States, Ms. Pathak brings years of immigration law experience as a respected immigration attorney to Pathak & Feldman.

A Southern California native, Ms. Pathak (née Feldman) graduated from UCLA and the University of San Diego, School of Law. She joined the California Bar in 1999 and is an active American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) member, Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) member, San Fernando Valley Bar Association (SFVBA), Immigration Section co-chair (2024-2025) and National Immigration Litigation Alliance (NILA) member. Ms. Pathak practiced immigration law with firms in New York City, Beverly Hills and Los Angeles before establishing her own practice in 2009 in Southern California and expansion to serve the Midwest region, including offices in the Chicago, Columbus and Indianapolis areas.

Lee S. Feldman,

Attorney at Law

Senior Attorney Lee S. Feldman uses his extensive legal background and experience to litigate federal immigration matters, criminal post-conviction relief motions and family and probate court Special Immigration Juvenile Status (“SIJS”) submissions.  Mr. Feldman previously represented American unions such as the International United Brotherhood of Carpenters (UBC), the Southwest Regional Brotherhood of Carpenters, Electronic and Space Technicians Local 1553 (regarding Hughes Aircraft, General Motors, Raytheon and Boeing) and the Carpenters Southwest Trust Funds (assets under administration exceeding three billion dollars).  He has been involved with the research and preparation for arguments before the United States Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of California and has successfully argued appeals before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and in various California appellate courts.

Mr. Feldman has been an adjunct professor teaching Trusts, Wills and Immigration Law at South Bay University School of Law and at the University of West Los Angeles Law School. He was an adjunct professor teaching Business Law and Sports Law at Loyola Marymount University, Fullerton College and El Camino College.

Alonso Moscoso

Alonso Moscoso is an esteemed foreign attorney now working with the Pathak and Feldman team. He is licensed to practice law in Peru, currently making significant strides in the field of immigration law in the U.S. With a rich legal background and a strong dedication to advocating for his clients, Alonso has been an integral part of the Los Angeles legal community since 2023. Fluent in Spanish, Alonso bridges language barriers to better serve our client base.

Alonso earned his law degree from the prestigious Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, where he developed a robust foundation in corporate and international law. In Peru, his practice was predominantly focused on corporate matters, where he advised multinational companies on regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. His additional experience in environmental law further showcases his versatility and comprehensive understanding of complex legal issues. Alonso’s commitment to justice and his passion for helping others led him to transition into immigration law, a field where he could make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families seeking new beginnings.

During his time in the U.S., Alonso has successfully handled a wide range of immigration cases, including family-based immigration, asylum applications, deportation defense, naturalization processes, employment-based immigration matters (i.e. visa processed for individuals with extraordinary abilities and/or achievements), and business immigration processes (i.e. EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program). His bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English allows him to effectively communicate and advocate for our clients, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout their legal journey.
