This new USCIS parole program is discretionary and will lead to a work permit and lawful permanent residence (“green card”) in the U.S. without the waiver processing and departure from the U.S. requirements.

·         You have been continuously present in the United States for at least ten (10) years from at least June 16, 2014 until June 17, 2024;

·         You have a bona fide marriage with a U.S. citizen as of June 17, 2024;

·         You do not have any disqualifying criminal history; and

·         You merit a favorable exercise of discretion.

Once you engage our office to assist you in this program, we will request you collect and provide the following documentation to us:

·         Evidence of a legally valid marriage to a U.S. citizen as of June 17, 2024, such as a marriage certificate;

·         Documentation of proof of identity, including expired documents may include:

Ø  Valid state or country driver’s license or identification;

Ø  Birth certificate with photo identification;

Ø  Valid passport; or

Ø  Any government issued document bearing the requestor’s name, date of birth, and photo.
